Problems with correspondence

- I am waiting your answer on my question from you, but I have not received any e-mail.

If you didn't receive answer from us within one working day, please check:

  1. if your mailbox is full and is not receiving e-mails.

  2. if you have written your return address correctly.

  3. if antivirus barrier, antispam barrier, barrier against attachments of e-mails or another barrier applied by your ISP doesn't stop receiving of the normal e-mails. 

If your mail was not sent because our ISP denied relaying with your ISP (your ISP is on the black list of the spam senders), please do following:

  1. ask your ISP to be removed from the black list of the spam senders

  2. try to send an e-mail to


Payment with credit card FAQ

- I tried to pay you, but something is wrong with the online payment server. When I tried to send the description and amount, I received an error message.
- Usually, the problem is on customer's side and is caused by some of  following reasons: 

  • Your browser is set to not accept cookies. Enable cookies in this case. How can you enable cookies ?
    - Netscape 4.x:  Edit, Preferences, Advanced, Accept all cookies. 
    - MS Explorer 4.x: View, Internet Options, Advanced, Always accept cookies.

  • Customer uses old browser. We recommend to use Netscape 3.0 or better and Microsoft Explorer 3.0 or better.

  • Sometimes customers encounter difficulties because they are ordering from a network where the system has security controls that lockout the secure order processing system.

  • Ordering from AOL e-mail addresses causes problems on occasion.

  • There could be a problem between the customer and his bank. Customer may be over limit on his credit card. He should check with the bank and determine the problem and work to get the card freed in order to place an order.

  • Sometimes customer is not able to proceed further from our payment page and finish transaction, which seems to be caused by traffic jam on the net. This happens mostly with European customers. If you encounter problems with proceeding of payment, try to repeat it late in the evening or early in the morning.

  • If your payment was declined for some reason, please do not repeat it sooner than 24 hours after the last trial. The system will not accept multiple orders of the same amount to the same card within a 24 hour period. This is part of the security system to keep a persons card from getting accidentally / fraudulently charged.


Mapwel FAQ

- How to install Mapwel? 
- Uninstall your current copy of Mapwel by clicking in Windows on "Start -> Programs -> Mapwel 2006 -> Uninstall Mapwel 2006" command. Download installation file of Mapwel from http://www.mapwel.biz/down.htm and save somewhere on your hard disk (save for example into folder C:\My Documents). Start this saved installation file in Windows (select Start -> Run -> Browse -> C:\My Documents\ mapwl2k6.exe -> OK) and allow to unzip into proper folder (default folder C:\Program Files\Mapwel is recommended).

How to install Mapwel on the new/another computer?

Never copy Mapwel from the old computer on the new - copied Mapwel is not working correctly!
Mapwel as every program working with Windows must be installed. 

To install Mapwel on the new computer you need to transfer installation file of Mapwel on the new computer. 

If your new computer is connected to the Internet, you can download all installation files from http://www.mapwel.biz/down.htm 

If installation file is saved somewhere on the new computer, start it in Windows and allow to install in the folder C:\Program Files\Mapwel. Then insert password. Open Mapwel, select Help -> About and check if ID number of your GPS is displayed on message.

Password saved on the CD has usually attribute "Read Only". You must change this attribute in Windows Explorer to accept this password by Mapwel.

- I have inserted password into Mapwel, but Mapwel is still demo version.
Please check following:
- if file with password has strictly name PASSWORD  (case sensitive). Some browser used to change name of  files in attachment of email.
- if you saved file PASSWORD  into proper folder (default folder C:\Program Files\Mapwel),
- if file PASSWORD  has not attribute Read Only (this attribute used to be added after saving of password on the CD).
Registered full functional Mapwel displays ID number of your GPS if Help -> About is selected.


Downloading FAQ

- I tried to download file, but file was corrupted or downloading was not finished.
- Close your antivirus program and firewall program before downloading and installation. 
- We recommend you use a special program (download manager) such as GetRightŪ or LeechGet for downloading . This will enable continuous downloading, even after interruption. These programs are availble at http://www.GetRight.com or at http://www.LeechGet.de
