Purchase and registration problems: 
Attention: always write your full name (including middle initial), address
and transaction number (if you have already purchased our products) please.
Include all previous correspondence when replying to our e-mails.
Do not use several e-mail addresses in communication with us.
Unsigned e-mails may be delayed in answering or even without answer.

If you didn't receive answer from us within three working days, please check:

  1. If your mailbox is full and is not receiving e-mails.

  2. If you have written your return address correctly.

  3. If antiviral barrier, antispam barrier, barrier against attachments of e-mails or another barrier applied by your ISP doesn't stop receiving of the normal e-mails. 

If your mail was not sent because our ISP denied to relay with your ISP, this means that your ISP is on the black list of the spam senders. Please ask your ISP to be removed from the black list of the spam senders.

  1. Unregistered versions of Mapwel software products may be uploaded to World Wide Web,  added to compact disks or other media issued as part of magazines, or added to media with products of other companies.
  2. No files in Mapwel software products may be removed or modified. Any files added by anyone other than Mapwel must clearly indicate they are not part of the original product.
  3. Unregistered versions of Mapwel software products may be given to friends and associates.
